At Quality Home Design we are experienced designers of specialist disability accommodation for participants of the NDIS. We approach every design with our own and required NDIS standards to improve living conditions and encourage independence by creating spaces that allow participants to retake the initiative in their lives. We do this by following the SDA guidelines, liaising with accredited SDA providers, and constantly evolving and reassessing what works to produce custom homes that are tailored to the needs of individual participants. Who can build an SDA home? Anyone can, from individual participants and care providers to property developers or investors.
